Leading marketing, eCommerce, and digital transformation in the industries of: technology, telecom/wireless, hospitality, education, and business services has been exhilarating! By bringing focus, discipline, and creative problem-solving, I've generated significant brand and revenue growth.

Stewarding a +$30M marketing budget and leading a +20 person cross-functional team, we achieved 32% of total revenues for a multi-billion dollar telecom enterprise - driving both consumer and business expansion. Working with varied teams, we consolidated six regional brands into a unified national brand, increasing new shoppers by 35% within months of launch. Scaling rapidly is a specialty.

Within the travel sector, I led marketing for a global hospitality brand. Working in the US and EU, I launched eCommerce distribution across OTAs, deployed Salesforce.com yielding a 176% ROI, and spurred a Fortune 1,000 client base, through an elevated travel platform and a winning proposal practice. Taking care of the customer, I devised a guest travel-alert program and helped led a global re-branding, into a tiered hospitality offering.

As the new nation of Montenegro emerged, I worked on a team of international MBAs delivering business plans that spurred foreign direct investment, while respecting UNESCO World Heritage sites.

During the .dot com boom, I helped launch a marketing technology firm that grew to $4M in revenue within three years. Supporting Johns Hopkins University, together we developed online learning platforms that launched in the Maryland Public school system.

At Yankelovich Partners, I conducted consumer research and statistical analysis for Fortune 500 clients including: IKEA, Sprint, P&G, and Mellon Bank, helping to shape brand and GTM strategies.
